Small damages to the F2 coating, such as scratches, can be easily repaired. There are two methods, depending on how deep the scratches are and how invisible the result should be.

Note: There are special F2 EcoHull Repair Kits that cover 1 m².

1. Repairing small scratches with F2 Top Coat (fastest method)

This method is ideal if the scratches are only superficial and the coating underneath is not completely damaged.

1. Thoroughly clean the surface with F2 Degreasing Solution or a similar product.

2. Wipe the area dry with a non-fuzzing paper towel.

3. Apply a new layer of Top Coat, making sure that the scratches are well covered.

The scratches may still be slightly visible, but the surface will be intact and protected. This is the fastest way to repair the areas.

2. Repairing deep scratches with Adhesive Coat and Top Coat

If you want to completely cover the scratches in color as well, proceed as follows:

1. Sand off the existing coating in the affected area down to the primer.

2. Reapply the Adhesive Coat layer.

3. Finally, reapply the Top Coat layer.
