F2 is a very low-maintenance coating. Since little hard fouling can adhere, care is limited to occasional, simple cleaning.

Care during the curing phase (first 12 weeks)

The full curing of the coating takes 12 weeks. During this time, a so-called "Early-Clean" is useful if needed.

• Early-Clean: After 8 to 12 weeks, a light biofilm may form. This can be easily removed with a soft cloth, sponge, or soft brush to make subsequent colonization by macro-organisms more difficult.

Long-term care

• Easy cleaning: Superficial fouling, especially bioslime, can usually be wiped away very easily with a soft cloth, sponge, or soft brush. Depending on the cruising area and driving behavior, a gentle cleaning as needed (often 1-2 times per season is sufficient) is enough.

• Winter storage: F2 does not require annual repainting. Check the coating after the season and clean it selectively if necessary.
