Yes, that is possible. You can easily apply F2 directly over an existing 2-component primer (2K primer). In this case, you do not need the F2 Primer in addition.

Here's how to prepare the surface:

• Check the primer type: If it's a solvent-free primer, you can skip the airing out and re-sanding.

• For solvents: If the primer contains solvents, it must air out for several days after application until the solvents have completely evaporated.

• Re-sand the surface: To optimize adhesion, we recommend lightly sanding the surface again after it has aired out.

• Clean thoroughly: Make sure the surface is dust-free before you start with the F2 coating.
